About K-Station Mini Karaoke Booth

  • Customers may redeem one “Karaoke Jam” karaoke token by using 200 MTR Points or presenting a single same-day electronic spending receipt of HK$200 or above at The Wai. Upon on-site verification of relevant information by staff (including member accounts, original electronic invoices, and payment slips), the token will be officially issued once the customer enters the K-Station booth.
  • The event is open daily from July 25 to August 31, between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The Wai reserves the absolute right to temporarily adjust, shorten, or suspend the operating hours of K-Station at any time due to crowd control, technical repairment, cleaning and disinfection, private events, severe weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal), or any emergency circumstances, without prior notice or compensation.
  • Customers may freely select any songs available within the K-Station system. However, the organizer does not guarantee that the system includes all commercially available tracks. Songs featured in the system are authorized by PPSEAL, CASH, Emperor Entertainment Group, and Warner Music.
  • The event does not accept phone, online, mobile application, or on-site reservations, seat holding, or line services of any kind. All participants must queue in person; occupying queue positions by any means is strictly prohibited.
  • The queue must be maintained in a single file line. Line-cutting or queueing on behalf of others is strictly forbidden. Any participant who leaves the queue for any reason (including but not limited to using the restroom, shopping, taking phone calls, temporarily departing, or meeting companions) will be automatically deemed to have forfeited their spot and must return to the end of the line.
  • To ensure public safety, maintain order, prevent queue-jumping, disputes, and rule violations, 24-hour closed-circuit television (CCTV) and audio recording monitoring systems are installed inside and outside K-Station. Entering the queueing area or K-Station constitutes consent, confirmation, and authorization of the aforementioned monitoring and recording. Such recordings will serve as the final, sole, and binding objective evidence for resolving any on-site disputes, accidents, or legal liabilities. All audio and video recordings will be deleted within 20 days after the event concludes.
  • Eligible MTR Mobile registered members may redeem one “Karaoke Jam” karaoke token via the mobile app using 200 MTR Points, or customers may redeem a token with a single same-day electronic purchase of HK$200 or more at The Wai. All token quantities are limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • Each eligible same-day electronic machine-printed receipt and its corresponding electronic payment transaction slip (including credit cards, Octopus, Apple Pay, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay, etc.) can only be used to redeem for token once. Handwritten, reprinted, photocopied, or split receipts, purchases of merchant cash vouchers/gift cards, bill payments, or non-electronic currency transaction receipts will not be accepted.
  • Upon redemption, staff must stamp, mark, or apply other irreversible marks to the original invoice for verification. Staff reserve the right to photograph and store the invoice and payment slip for internal audit and verification purposes. Customers must not refuse such photography; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to immediately decline the redemption request.
  • Once redeemed, tokens are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other gifts. All tokens are non-commercial items. Any form of resale, transfer, or use of tokens for commercial, promotional, or marketing activities is strictly prohibited. Any token found to be resold or intended for resale will be immediately invalidated, and The Wai reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
  • Tokens are valid exclusively for use within the K-Station operating hours on the day of issuance and will expire thereafter. The organizer will not reissue, replace, or compensate for any physical tokens lost, damaged, defaced, or stolen due to personal reasons.
  • Each token can only be used for a single entry. The 10-minute performance time commences the moment the participant opens the door and enters K-Station (tracked by system detection and on-site staff). The countdown will not be interrupted, paused, or extended, regardless of whether the participant has finished selecting songs, started singing, or left mid-session. When the countdown ends, the system will automatically cut off the microphone, and participants must exit immediately.
  • Each K-Station booth has a maximum capacity of 2 persons. Staff reserve the right to deny entry to accompanying individuals exceeding this limit, and participants shall not raise objection.
  • Each group of participants is restricted to one singing session (10 minutes) per queue entry. Upon completion of the session, participants must immediately exit K-Station with all personal belongings, regardless of whether they hold additional tokens or have uncompleted songs. Inserting a second token inside the booth to consecutively occupy or monopolize the karaoke room is strictly prohibited. To use the facility again, participants must return to the end of the queue.
  • Once a token is inserted into the karaoke machine or confirmed by the system, the performance session starts immediately and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. The organizer will not refund, reissue, or provide compensation for any inserted or used tokens due to system failures, technical delays, network outages, power failures, hardware/software damage, or personal reasons (including noise, operational errors, incorrect song selections, early departure, physical discomfort, or dissatisfaction with sound effects, volume, or key transposition).
  • Children aged 12 or younger must be always accompanied by an adult legal guardian when entering the event area and K-Station. Guardians assume full responsibility for the safety, physical condition, and conduct of the child within the booth.
  • Participants must safeguard their personal belongings. The organizer has no legal liability, compensation, or responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or pilferage of personal belongings occurring in the queue area or K-Station during the event. The organizer is also not liable for any direct or indirect personal injury, illness, hearing impairment, or property damage resulting from participation in this event.
  • Participants must use all equipment inside K-Station (including microphones, karaoke machines, headphones, screens, sound systems, sofas, decorations, doors, and windows) with care and properly. The Wai reserves the right to claim compensation for all repair costs, equipment replacement fees, and resulting losses from individual (or their legal guardian) responsible for intentional damage, rough handling, violation of instructions, or negligence.
  • Eating, drinking, smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products), littering, graffiti, shouting, illegal activities, indecent behavior, harassment, or any acts disturbing public order are strictly prohibited inside K-Station. If staff discover or reasonably suspect any of the aforementioned behaviors, or if participants refuse to comply with on-site staff instructions, staff reserve the right to immediately terminate the session, cut power, and expel the participant from the karaoke booth and event zone without warning. Used tokens will be confiscated without compensation, and the organizer reserves the right to ban the individual from future participation.
  • This Terms & Conditions has been translated into English. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
