Registered user must scan the QR code to participate “Voting with Rewards” lucky draw on or before 23:59 14 Dec 2025. Each MTR Mobile registered user can only participate this lucky draw once. MTR Mobile registered user must be the owner of the “Thank You Card”, if the registrant is found not to be the holder of the “Thank You Card”, the company shall retain the right to revoke their eligibility.

Terms and Conditions
1. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eVoucher/eCoupon.
2. Shoppers must allow MTR Mobile to access the camera function of the device to use eVoucher. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).
3. From 7 December to 14 December,2025, MTR Mobile registered users with “Thank You Card” can visit MTR Malls Redemption Counter or Customer Service Centre to register, then you will receive a “Voting with Rewards” registration QR Code. The opening hours of MTR Malls Redemption Counter/Customer Service Counter would be from 1pm to 9:30pm. Registered user must scan the QR code to participate “Voting with Rewards” lucky draw on or before 23:59 14 Dec 2025. Each MTR Mobile registered user can only participate this lucky draw once. MTR Mobile registered user must be the owner of the “Thank You Card”, if the registrant is found not to be the holder of the “Thank You Card”, the company shall retain the right to revoke their eligibility.

4. Winners and the results of the lucky draw will be published as the date below. All winners will be randomly drawn by a computer system of MTR from all the Eligible users enrolled in the Lucky Draw. The lucky draw result will be notified via MTR Mobile inbox message and published on Sing Tao and The Standard.
5. Anyone who participates in this promotion signifies that he/she understands and agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" of this promotion. In case of any violations, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify him/her from participation or winning the prize, and to hold him/her accountable for any behaviors that disrupt this promotion.
6. Winners will receive MTR Mobile inbox message from organizer for reward details. All rewards will be sent out to MTR Mobile account in the format of MTR Malls eVoucher. Eligible user must ensure the MTR Mobile account is still valid to receive eVoucher, otherwise, eVouchers will not be placed in the MTR Mobile account.
7. MTR Malls eVoucher will be send out in the format of value HK$500 MTR Malls eVoucher and the validity date of the eVoucher would be 28 Feb 2026. This eVoucher is not applicable to ELEMENTS. This eVoucher is only applicable to participating shops in Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, THE SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria, The Lane, Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre and Hanford Plaza.
8. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eVoucher to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. MTR Malls and merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eVoucher(s) of such registered user. MTR Malls also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eVouchers and eVouchers already redeemed at merchants. MTR Malls shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eVoucher improperly.
9. Staff at the redemption counter/customer service counter will immediately “Thank You Card” as confirmation, and there will be no changes once the information is verified and registered. All “Thank You Card” can only registered for this campaign once.
10. All prizes cannot be resold and exchanged for cash, other products or offers. Any unused services or entitlements will be cancelled without compensation after the validity period of the prizes has expired.
11. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of MTR Points Scheme, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 12. In case of any disputes, the decision of ELEMENTS, Telford Plaza, Maritime Square, PopCorn, The LOHAS, The Wai, The SOUTHSIDE, Paradise Mall, Luk Yeung Galleria,Citylink, Plaza Ascot, Ocean Walk, Sun Tuen Mun Shopping Centre management office shall be final.
13. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
